Nicolas Anelka called the leaders of the French Football Federation (FFF) clowns and claimed he did not understand their decision to suspend the striker for eighteen national team matches.
The 31-year-old footballer was sent home from the national team competing in the World Cup for insulting coach Raymond Domenech.
"All of this is nonsense," said Chelsea striker. "A new page needs to be turned, as new coach Laurent Blanc needs to work in peace.
"Those people are clowns. I am dying of laughter."
In addition, Anelka added that he does not intend to represent his country anymore.
