The club aiming to acquire Ahsan Ali Syed would like to see England national team captain David Beckham in the team.
The Indian investor plans to take over the team for 365 million euros and allocate 100-120 million euros for the acquisition of new football players.
"At the age of 26, I started to watch the English championship," he said. "I liked Blackburn, as well as followed Man Utd, because Beckham played in this team.
"If my financial situation allows and David wants, I would like him to play for Blackburn."
