The new coach of "Bologna" team has officially been appointed as Alberto Malesani, who has signed a one-year contract.
The Italian club, just a day before the first Italian championship match against Milan "Inter," refused the services of Franco Colomba. Owner Sergio Porcedda justified the decision by the strategist's skeptical view of the team's potential.
Last season, Malesani coached the "Siena" team, which, however, dropped to a lower division.
