Ambitious French Ligue 1 newcomer "Arles" has signed a contract with experienced defender Francisco Pavon.
Somewhat unexpectedly, the team that has emerged among the strongest this offseason has added as many as 18 new footballers.
Nevertheless, "Arles" lost their first four matches of the season.
The 30-year-old Pavon took his first steps in football at Madrid's "Real" club, where he spent six years in the main team and played over 100 matches.
Later, he moved to "Zaragoza", but last season he lost his place in the main lineup.
