The 35-year-old veteran Scholes showed a wonderful game in three matches and was one of the most important players on the team. The goalkeeper himself scored one goal and made two assists.
Meanwhile, led by C. Ancelotti, Chelsea won all three games in August and confidently started the new season defending the title of champions.
The best coach of the month award goes to the strategist for the second time.
