On Tuesday and Wednesday, the country league cup (Carling Cup) third round matches took place in England.
The tournament favorites allowed young and less experienced players to show themselves, and as a result, they were harshly punished - Liverpool's "Everton", London's "Chelsea", "Liverpool", and "Man City" clubs withdrew from further competition.
The draw for the quarterfinals will take place on September 25, and the matches will be held at the end of October.
