Strategist Roberto Mancini has already conceded the title of English champions to the London club, despite only five matches played in the new Premier League season.
These two teams will clash in Manchester on Saturday.
"Chelsea" is currently the best team. I think they will easily win the Premier League because they have a great lineup, which has been playing together for many years, as well as an amazing coach," said Mancini.
"Chelsea" has won all five matches played and scored a staggering 21 goals, while "ManCity" is currently in fourth place, trailing the leader by 7 points.
In the mentioned showdown, Mancini will have to rely on practically only 11 healthy starting players and try to solve the problem of a shortage of defenders.
"We don't have defenders for tomorrow's match," said the Italian. "We only have 11 players who are ready 100 percent. It's a shame, as this is an important stage of the season."
According to Mancini, defenders Micah Richards, Wayne Bridge, and Aleksandar Kolarov are injured, while Joleon Lescott and Jerome Boateng are not 100 percent ready.
