London coach Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that team captain Frank Lampard will not be ready for the Champions League match against "Marseille."
The England national team member has been out of action since the end of August, when he had to undergo surgery. According to C.Ancelotti, the defender still needs more time.
"He will not play on Tuesday, as he still needs more time to fully recover," said the coach. "There will soon be an international break. I believe that after that, Frank will be fully ready."
It is also likely that forward Didier Drogba will not play in the match against "Marseille."
