One of the best Lithuanian footballers signed a contract with the United States team last summer. However, his career overseas was not successful - due to constant injuries, 35-year-old Jankauskas only played 18 matches in total, four of them this year, and scored 2 goals. Throughout his career, the experienced forward has played for famous clubs such as Moscow's CSKA, Brugge, San Sebastian's Real Sociedad, Lisbon's Benfica, Porto, Nice, and others. Jankauskas has twice become a champion in Portugal, once in Belgium, won the UEFA Cup and the Champions League tournament."
