The club officially announced that they have extended the contract with striker Andy Carroll until 2015.
The 21-year-old Englishman has been in great athletic form this season. The striker himself stated after signing the contract that his only goal at the moment is to help Newcastle achieve the best possible results.
"All I wanted was to play for Newcastle," the striker said. "I had this dream when I was still a teenager. Every time I put on the team's jersey, I feel an incredibly good feeling. I want to achieve loud victories with the team."
