uring the weekend, the 15th round of matches took place in the Italian championships, during which no major surprises were recorded and no major changes were made in the tournament table - this year, "Juventus" will maintain the first place, which maintained a four-point lead before the important match against "Milan" next week.

"Juve" won a tough and important victory in Bologna against the local team, where the leader needed a precise strike from P. Nedved, who returned late after an injury. Meanwhile, "Milan" is gaining momentum and showed its power by crushing "Fiorentina" 6-0. The team defending the champion title scored two goals each by C. Seedorf, A. Shevchenko, and one by H. Crespo.

"Udinese" strengthened their third position by defeating the absolute outsider team "Atalanta" with a new coach. Despite losing to "Reggina", "Cagliari" remains fourth, while after another draw, "Inter" rose to fifth place.

Three teams have equal points with "Inter": "Lecce", who played a thriller away with "Lazio", as well as "Palermo", who lost to "Chievo", and "Sampdoria", who won a minimal victory against "Messina".

"Roma" ended up in ninth place, as they snatched victory in a match against Marius Stankevicius' "Brescia" team with a penalty kick in the final minute. Another Lithuanian club, "Livorno", defeated the struggling "Parma" team at home.
