Los Angeles "Galaxy" forward Landon Donovan expressed hope that in January he will once again wear Liverpool's club jersey.

The American played for "Everton" last winter on loan and made a big impression on the team's managers.

"It would be difficult to say no," said the 28-year-old footballer. "I really hope to wear the 'Everton' kit again."
