London Board Chairman Bruce Buck supports the idea of introducing a salary cap rule in football.
Starting from the 2013-2014 season, UEFA intends to implement a new financial regulation, under which clubs must not operate at a loss, otherwise they will be excluded from European cup tournaments.
"We are seriously considering the idea of a salary cap," Buck said. "Indeed, it should be implemented wisely."
He added that this rule should not only exist in Europe, otherwise the loss of the best football players would threaten the Old Continent.
