Strategist Sir Alex Ferguson compares the World Cup to a trip to the dentist and claims that the Champions League is a much more attractive tournament.

Although the attendance at Champions League matches has dropped recently, the Scot doesn't think he has lost its appeal. However, he is disappointed by the World Cup.

"Have you seen the last six World Cups? It's probably more fun to go to the dentist," Ferguson said.

Regarding the decrease in the number of spectators, the specialist stated: "It's natural. When London's Arsenal plays against a weaker team in the English championship, it is harder to fill the stadium compared to matches and tension when played against Man Utd."

"The same goes for the Champions League - when Inter competes against a smaller team, it is difficult to attract spectators."
