Munich leaders plan to meet with head coach Louis van Gaal in the near future to discuss the team's prospects.
The club's statement was released just a few hours after president Uli Hoeness described the Dutch specialist as a person who is difficult to talk to, who does not listen to others' opinions, and who selects the team lineup improperly.
Chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has called a meeting, in which, in addition to Hoeness, Van Gaal, other board members, and sports director Christian Nerlinger will participate.
"I don't really have much to discuss with him because the coach does not listen to the opinions of others," Hoeness said in a television interview.
According to him, Van Gaal did not value and wanted to get rid of some substitute players who are currently key team members due to injuries.
"Demichelis scored a goal in Friday's match, although he should be leaving," Hoeness said. "Gomez, who also stood out, should currently be in Liverpool."
"Tymoshchuk was the best player in the second half, although we have heard more than once that he is not good enough for a team like Bayern."
