Far from being the most exemplary behavior in Europe, the Italian football enthusiasts, known for their passion, have once again found themselves in the media spotlight - this time Napoli club fans attacked Liverpool supporters at their own Anfield stadium entrances.

Armed hooligans got into a conflict with a much larger crowd of 'Reds' enthusiasts.

One witness said: "They wrapped belts around their hands and prepared metal chains for the attack. It was an organized group - they all had their faces covered, wore hoods - clearly, they had done this before."

Police detained seven participants in the disturbances, six of whom were English.

Let's remember that the first match in Naples between these teams also did not go without disturbances - at that time, three Liverpool fans ended up in the hospital with stab wounds.
