Coach Roberto Mancini insists that he would be happy if the club finishes fourth in the English championship this season.
Despite spending hundreds of millions of pounds in recent years to acquire new footballers, Mancini claims that the team is not yet ready to compete for the title.
Currently, "Man City" is in fourth place in the league.
"If the season ended tomorrow, I would be happy," Mancini said. "Our goal is to secure a spot in the Champions League.
"However, the season is long. We have to stay close to the top, and then we can adjust our goals."
