On Saturday, seven matches of the XIV round were played in the English Premier League.

In an intriguing North London derby, for the first time since 1993, Tottenham's players defeated Arsenal's team away.

The "Gunners" were leading 2-0 after the first half, but a tactic adjustment by coach Harry Redknapp during halftime paid off - the visitors responded with three goals and celebrated an impressive victory with a score of 3-2.

Defending champions Chelsea suffered their second consecutive defeat, losing with a minimal difference of 1-0 to Birmingham away.

At the top of the table by points, the "Blues" were overtaken by Manchester United defeating Wigan 2-0 in front of their own fans.

It's worth noting that Wayne Rooney returned to the field for the "Red Devils" after an injury, while Antolin Alcaraz and Hugo Rodallega were both sent off the pitch during the match.

Liverpool sealed a comfortable 3-0 victory against London's West Ham.
