Ancelotti unhappy with team's performance against "Zilina" © EuroFootball.com

London strategist Carlo Ancelotti claims that the team's game must improve if they want to compete for the Champions League trophy.

The Italian spoke after an unconvincing victory against the modest "Zilina" team 2-1. It allowed the 'Blues' to secure the first place in the group.

"The match was tough because we didn't start it well and the opponents scored a goal soon," Ancelotti said. "In the second half, the game became more intense, we had many opportunities, so I rate it positively.

"However, if we play like we did before the break, we will definitely not win the Champions League. I was disappointed because this was a significant match. There was no pace or intensity, so we had to change something in the second half."
