Carlos Tevez is ready to compete and give his all on the field, despite submitting a formal request to the club officials to be sold.
26-year-old footballer's representative Kia Joorabchian told "Daily Telegraph": "Carlos never said he won't play, so these rumors are complete nonsense.
"He will not only play, but give his all. Every match is very important."
A few days ago, Tevez publicly stated that he wants to return to his homeland and no longer sees a future in this team due to strained relationships with some "Man City" officials.
The English club rejected this request and stated that the Argentine will not be sold, so there were reports that the player would refuse to play, or even end his career.
