Beppe Marotta, the club's general manager, intends to take over the highly successful model for the growth of young footballers used by the club.
After taking over the team manager's duties in the summer, Marotta did not hide the fact that he intends to make numerous structural reforms.
In an interview with the club's channel, he said: "We are focusing on young players. We will do this for at least the next few years.
Our goal is to create a "Juventus" in the style of what "Barcelona" does.
We need to have an eye for promising footballers and bring them to "Juventus," but later we must boldly allow them to debut in the main team.
This year, the cycle started - twelve new players arrived, not counting the club's youth team. We have renewed the team, especially the average age."
