Rafael Benitez asks for the support of Milan's leaders and funds to acquire new footballers, otherwise he will be forced to leave the club.
The coach from Spain is currently under a lot of pressure - in the Italian championship his team is only in 7th place and is 13 points behind the leader Milan.
However, there was a bit of positivity with the triumph in the world club cup tournament.
"Now, the club has three options," said Benitez. "The first one is to support me 100% and acquire four or five new players to build a strong team and be able to compete for trophies.
"The second option is to continue blaming one person without a clear project and plan.
"And the third option is to talk to my agent and reach an agreement to terminate the contract if there is no support. Everything is very simple."
