The striker Federico Macheda returns to his homeland - the footballer was loaned to Genoa club until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old Italian attracted the attention of many famous teams, but chose "Sampdoria," which was looking for a replacement for Antonio Cassano, who moved to "Milan."
"I am very happy that Macheda chose "Sampdoria." I think the fans feel the same way," said club president Riccardo Garrone.
"Macheda will certainly fill the gap left by Cassano."
