Edin Dzeko should move to a club in the near future, which has agreed on the ransom amount.
The 24-year-old footballer will cost about 35 million euros to the wealthy English team owners.
"We have an important match with Arsenal ahead, so I will talk about Dzeko after that," said Man City manager Roberto Mancini. "We have agreed on the price. He is a great player wanted by all European teams."
Representing Wolfsburg, the Bosnian scored 66 goals in 111 matches. This season, in 17 games, he scored 10 times.
