Ronaldinho expressed his desire to wear "Gremio" shirts, but the deal is hindered by the demanded 8 million euro compensation.
"If everything depended on me, I would already be a 'Gremio' player," the Brazilian said to "Globo TV." "The problem is not in the contract offered to me, but in the demands of 'Milan.' I am not an auction item - I just want to wear 'Gremio' shirts."
Interest in the 30-year-old Brazilian was also shown by England's "Blackburn" club, but it seems that this possibility has fallen through.
"Gremio" hopes that the Italians will reduce the requested amount by half - to 4 million euros.
