Fernando Torres denies rumors that he intends to leave the club and asks for the support of the fans.

It is said that the Spaniard is not satisfied with the team's results and would like to pursue his ambitions elsewhere. He is linked with clubs such as "Man Utd," "Barcelona," and Turin's "Juventus."

However, the 26-year-old footballer insists that he will stay at Liverpool at least until 2013, when his contract expires.

"Now more than ever, we all need to focus," Torres told "The People." "We need to win matches, collect points, and climb up the league table. It's a challenge for us, so I ask for the full support of the fans.

"I am in Liverpool and I will try to save the season. I am a professional, so I always fulfill the contracts I sign. I have not considered the possibility of leaving, although in football such a decision must be made by the club."

He added: "Liverpool achieved a lot when the team was led by Rafa Benitez, so it is difficult for others to match him."
