Formerly voted the best football player of the planet, Ronaldinho returns to his homeland - the striker signed a four-year contract with the Rio de Janeiro club "Flamengo."

The 30-year-old player lost his place in the main team of "Milan" this season and did not hide his desire to leave. He was also interested in England's "Blackburn," offering an impressive salary of 23 million euros for three seasons, as well as Brazil's "Gremio" and "Palmeiras."

Ronaldinho started his career in the "Gremio" team at the age of 18, and in 2001 he moved to Europe, signing with France's PSG.

After two years, he transferred to the "Barcelona" club, where he became the Spanish champion twice, won the Champions League, and impressed football fans around the world with his game.

In 2008, the footballer signed a contract with "Milan," but never exhibited the same impressive performance as before.
