FIFA President Sepp Blatter claims that Spain's "Primera" league is the best in the world, while England's championship should learn a lot.
The Swiss pointed out that there are even eight Spanish footballers playing in the FIFA national team, and this country's national team became European and world champions.
"It is the strongest league in the world," Blatter told CNN. "When you look at the Spanish national team's eleven, you notice that they all play in their country. In addition, Spain has the largest number of local players."
Blatter disagreed that Spaniards are inferior to the English: "Yes, the Premier League is the best in marketing terms. It is a good championship with good players, but none of them have made it to the world's top eleven. Therefore, we should think and consider what could be applied as an example, taking the Spanish."
