Kenny Dalglish insists that the team he manages is most lacking in confidence in their abilities.
Having won just once away from home throughout the season, the 'Reds' lost 1-2 to "Blackpool" on Wednesday and are only four points ahead of the teams in the relegation zone.
"Effort, dedication, and passion can be seen in the eyes of the players," said the coach. "But sometimes it doesn't matter how good a player you are if you lack confidence in your abilities. We will work hard to regain it."
When asked if the team will be strengthened, Dalglish replied: "I don't know if we will buy or sell anyone. I haven't discussed it with anyone."
