Owners are willing to allocate funds for coach Kenny Dalglish to buy new footballers even before the winter transfer window closes.
Chairman of the Board, Tomas Werner, assured that there will be no financial obstacles, but the priority should be given to young footballers.
"I would be extremely disappointed if I didn't see any strengthening," Werner told the BBC. "We have identified several candidates and hope that the negotiations will be successful.
"I hope to move forward because we have the resources for it. The team composition needs to rejuvenate."
Currently, in the English championship, "Liverpool" is only in 13th place.
