The media is buzzing with rumors that the specialist from Portugal has entered into a conflict with "Real" general director Jorge Valdano, so he may be inclined to step down from the position he took only this summer.
"There are a lot of rumors circulating in the world, but not all of them are true," Mourinho said. "Talking about my future, we will see what happens at the end of the season.
"Contracts in football are not the most important things. If both parties are satisfied at the end of the season, they continue to collaborate. If not, it's time for changes."
