Officially confirmed that Sergio Busquets has agreed to extend his contract with the club until the summer of 2015.
Negotiations for a new contract with the 22-year-old footballer have been going on for some time, until finally reaching an agreement. According to it, Busquets' salary will significantly increase, and the buyout clause has been raised from 80 to 150 million euros.
"This is one of the best news we could have received," rejoiced coach Pep Guardiola.
