Next year UEFA starts limiting spending and ties it to profit - as much as a team earns, that's how much they can spend. "Everyone talks about the need to balance expenses, but suddenly they start spending insanely," Galliani said. - "Chelsea" strengthened impressively - after all, they spent as much as 80 million euros.
