Turino hopes to sell Alberto Aquilani for a lower price than agreed, announces "Gazzetta dello Sport".

Last summer, Liverpool loaned Aquilani to Juventus and set a redemption price of no less than 16 million euros to be paid after the season.

However, now Juventus hopes to acquire the midfielder for 12 million euros, as his salary amounts to 3 million euros per season.

In the near future, the general manager of the Italian team, Beppe Marotta, plans to meet with Liverpool's director Damien Comolli to discuss the situation.

In the Serie A championship this season, the midfielder played 20 matches, starting in 18 of them, and scored two goals.
