FIFA has suspended the coach of the Israel national team, Luis Fernandez.
Such action was taken because he failed to resolve a conflict with Qatar's "Al Rayyan" club, which he coached in 2005. According to FIFA, two years ago the disciplinary committee gave him instructions on how to repay the debt to the team, but they were not fulfilled.
However, Fernandez himself hopes that the problem will be resolved by March, when the Israel national team will continue to compete in the European Championship qualification tournament.
