Due to a knee injury, Momo Sissoko will be forced to miss approximately two months of matches.
The Malian national team player has rarely taken to the field lately, and now his future at the club is becoming even bleaker.
"Medical tests have shown that the footballer needs an operation on his left knee to clean out cartilage," an official statement said.
"The necessary procedure will be performed on Tuesday in France."
It is believed that Sissoko, who suffered the injury, may no longer return to the ranks of the 'old lady' as he will be sold in the summer.
