London strategists Carlo Ancelotti denies that there are discipline problems in the club, even though defender Ashley Cole injured a student with an air rifle at the training ground.
The Italian confirmed that the defender will face sanctions.
"We have not lost control at Cobham (Chelsea training ground - ed.). There is discipline. If a player crosses the line, we make a decision," Ancelotti said. "They have no power."
Ancelotti assured that Cole will play in Tuesday's match against Man Utd: "Yes, of course he will play. We are not happy with what happened, but we have already talked about it.
"Ashley was very disappointed, apologized, admitted his mistake. It was an unfortunate incident. We will take disciplinary action, but he will step onto the field."
