Milan has acquired promising Rotterdam "Feyenoord" striker Luca Castaignos for 4 million euros. The Dutchman, who signed a four-year contract, will join his new team mates at the end of the season.
The 18-year-old footballer arrived in Italy on Monday, where he underwent a medical examination and sorted out the formalities of the contract.
"I am proud to be able to represent one of the best teams in the world," said Castaignos. "I have not spoken to the coach yet, but we will have enough time in the summer."
This season in the Dutch championship, the striker scored nine goals in 28 matches.
