Striker Zlatan Ibrahimović doesn't hide his confidence before the weekend Italian championship match against Turin's "Juventus" and insists that he is the "best football player in the world."
Speaking in an interview with the newspaper "Gazzetta dello Sport," the Swede said: "I am the best player in the world. I really feel that way.
"If you don't trust yourself, there's no point in playing. The fact that I have never won either the FIFA Player of the Year award or the Ballon d'Or does not mean that I cannot be the best."
The striker also explained that he needs to regularly change clubs, otherwise he would lose motivation.
"I believe it's not good to stay in one team for too long. You can learn a lot by changing clubs. Besides, you need to feel motivated, and in a new environment you have to prove what you're worth."
And he added: "AC Milan will probably be my last team. I think I will end my career at the age of 33. I don't want to retire when I can no longer keep up the pace and will be spitting blood."
This season in the "Serie A" championship, Ibrahimović scored fourteen goals in 25 matches.
