Eight matches were played in the Serie A of Italy on Sunday.
The gap from the leader Milan was reduced to five points by defending champion Inter Milan, who crushed Genoa 5-2 at home.
The guests silenced not a full San Siro stadium in the 39th minute, when Rodrigo Palacio sent the ball to the net, but soon after the break, Giampaolo Pazzini, who was acquired in January, scored the fifth goal to equalize for Inter.
Later it turned out to be the beginning of a rain of goals - shortly after, Samuel Eto'o brought Milan eleven forward, and in the 57th minute the Cameroonian defeated the Genoa goalkeeper for the third time.
Goran Pandev and newcomer Yuto Nagatomo began humiliating their opponents, but Mauro Boselli softened the score a little just before the final whistle.
