The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has overturned the six-month disqualification penalty imposed on former Portugal national team coach Carlos Queiroz after an appeal.
The specialist was suspended in August, accused of obstructing doping control tests at the Portuguese national team camp.
However, the CAS statement now states: "There was no evidence that Queiroz's behavior was a deliberate obstruction of doping control."
It is true that he was disrespectful and offended the mother of one of the officials.
In the national team job, Queiroz was dismissed just a week after news of the disqualification. Currently, he is not coaching any team.
