Benitez: the return to "Liverpool" would be a dream come true © EuroFootball.com

Rafael Benitez says that in the future he would like to return to the helm of the club.

The Spaniard led an English team for seven years, but was fired after last season and moved to Inter Milan. However, he worked for only half a year with this team and is currently not coaching anyone.

Currently, Kenny Dalglish is temporarily in charge of Liverpool, but he will likely be offered a contract extension after the season.

"I am proud to have coached Liverpool and I would definitely like to return there in the future," Benitez told Sky Sports. "When - I do not know, because Kenny is doing a great job. It is a matter of time, because we cannot predict the future. Returning would be the fulfillment of my dreams."

Benitez also hinted that he would never agree to take charge of Liverpool's fiercest rivals - Man Utd and Everton.
