Philippe Mexes says he wants to continue playing in the Italian "Serie A" championship next season.
The contract of the French national team midfielder expires in June and so far there has been no agreement on its extension.
It is said that "Milan" would like to acquire Mexes, but there is also interest from several English clubs, including "Liverpool."
"I will wait to evaluate all offers," said the footballer. "I never said I would leave - I will decide in a few months. There is no specific date when I will do this.
And he continued: "'Milan'? There is a lot of talk about it, but also about extending the contract with 'Roma' or moving to England. However, I would like to stay in Italy, as I know this league very well."
