The matches of the Spanish league this weekend will go ahead as planned after the judge did not allow the clubs to go on strike.

The court considered the request of six national league teams to not stop the championship. This was done due to disagreements with the government regarding a law that requires at least one match in each round to be broadcasted on free television.

No team agreed with this law, but opinions differed on the strike.
