The club president Pietro Leonardini today confirmed rumors that he will take advantage of the right to buy out half of Sebastiano Giovinco's contract.
Last summer, Turin decided to loan out the midfielder nicknamed 'Atomic Ant' to the "Parma" team.
The lease agreement included a clause that "Parma" could buy out half of the player's contract.
"There is a precise amount specified in Giovinco's lease agreement as the buyout price of half of the contract. The president of Juventus was very specific on this issue, so I will be too: we will put the money on the table," stated the president.
"I heard that Juventus is preparing to use Giovinco in other player market transactions, but from this summer he will belong to two clubs."
"Now Giovinco defends the colors of the 'Parma' club and to us he is a true treasure. We are happy about it and are convinced that he will achieve even more in the next season," said Leonardini.
