The club secured its 25th Portuguese champions title last weekend by defeating the title defenders Benfica 2-1 in a crucial match.
With five rounds left until the end of the championship, Andre Villas-Boas' team leads Benfica by 16 points.
Fredy Guarin put the visitors ahead in the 9th minute after a mistake by goalkeeper Roberto, but Javier Saviola equalized in the 19th minute. However, Hulk's penalty kick decided the victory.
Porto has not suffered any defeats so far and has only lost four points.
"We showed who plays the best football," said Villas-Boas.
Porto could become only the second team in history to win the championship without experiencing any losses. Benfica achieved this in the 1972-1973 season.
