Striker David Villa is convinced that the fight for the Spanish champions title is not over yet, but, according to the forward, now everything depends only on the Catalan club.
The footballer was greatly surprised by the unexpected stumble of Madrid's "Real" in the match against Chichon's "Sporting", but Villa reminded that the team did everything it could, so there is no point in looking back.
"If any other team wins the Spanish championship, it will only be because we lost it. Everything now depends only on our game and proper concentration," - the striker noted at a press conference held on Monday.
Villa also did not forget to mention the upcoming El Clasico: "We have an advantage and we can increase it even more. That will put less pressure on us, even though we will play away. Anyway, I do not think that the match in Madrid will be just a simple fight for three points."
