United States basketball star LeBron James has become a minority owner of an English club.
One of the most famous basketball players on the planet has signed a deal with "Liverpool" managed by "Fenway Sports Management" firm, which has become his global representative.
The amount of shares the American will control is not disclosed.
"From the very first days when I stepped onto the basketball court, I also became a businessman," said the Miami "Heat" star. "This is a great opportunity for me. "Liverpool" is a fantastic club, having won the country's championship 18 times."
