Leverkusen's team goalkeeper, German Carsten Ramelow, will continue to stay in the club - the player has extended his contract for another three years. Former German national team goalkeeper Ramelow signed the contract extension by meeting with the club's general director Wolfgang Holzhauser, the new sports director Rudi Voller, and manager Michael Reschke. Club leaders C.Ramelow also verbally promised to give him a "position" in the team's administration after his football career ends.
