The defender Rio Ferdinand insists that the team deserved the victory in the Champions League quarterfinals against London's Chelsea.
The 'Red Devils' defeated the capital team with an aggregate score of 3-1.
"I think we were convincingly the better club over the two matches," said the defender. "We knew it wouldn't be easy, so we worked hard, pressed the opponents.
"We controlled the game and were closer to the goal. We have the character needed for victories."
